Where to get Crisis Support

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

Provides health and social care for people with mental ill health, physical ill health and those with a learning disability.

Out of hours helpline - 01438 843 322 24/7 support - 111

Samaritans

Offers support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide. Available to listen 24/7.

NightLight Crisis Service

Provides a safe space for people feeling distressed. Staff offer listening, support and advice.
Working from three crisis centres (Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Ware).
Open 7pm-2am Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
nights every week of the year.
