Carers in Herts Provides free advice, information and support to unpaid carers who supports an older person who may have a disability, physical or mental health and/or addiction challenge.
	Guideposts Guideposts offers information, advice and community based services focusing on helping people build their strengths, maintain independence and develop connections.
HertsHelp Offers a gateway for Hertfordshire residents and professionals, to access of local organisations and services. Trained advisors offer support and information to help people make positive changes.
	Hertfordshire Mind Network Offers mental health support to people over 18 and a dedicated service for younger people 15-18 years old. Creating opportunities for people with mental health challenges to make choices, find solutions, build resilience and manage their life and wellbeing. Working across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Bishop Stortford, Cheshunt and Waltham Cross.
The Living Room Offers free daytime support and abstinence-based treatment for all addictions: drugs, alcohol and behavioural.
	National Lottery Community Fund The National Lottery community fund has supported Viewpoint by providing funding for projects.
National Voices We are members of National Voices. National Voices want person-centred care: people having as much control and influence as possible over decisions that affect their own health and care – as patients, carers and members of communities. We want people to be partners in the design of services and partners in research, innovation and improvement.

Do you feel you are affected by any gambling, either your own or anyone else’s? Has your gambling or the gambling of someone close to you had a negative impact on your life? We want to hear from individuals who are currently or have previously struggled with gambling, or anyone else’s gambling, to help shape the gambling support available in Hertfordshire for the future. Share your experiences to improve support in Hertfordshire.
Beginners Guide to Meditation

This 1 hour workshop gives an insight into meditation and what it can do for you. It covers the theory as well as providing a meditation technique with guidance for the practical application in your daily life. Meditation can release stress and cultivate a direct experience of peace.
Meditation for Healing Relationships

Learn how to create more open and calm interactions, greater understanding, compassion, respect and a deeper sense of connection. Relationships can be tricky to navigate, especially with those we are closest to. This course will help you uncover your triggers and learn how to handle situations when your buttons are pushed. We will also nurture the relationship we have with ourselves, because it is the foundation for changing our relationship with everyone else.
Meditation for Alleviating Stress

This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. We will look at how we approach life, what makes us take on more stress and why we don’t release enough when we sleep at night. This understanding will then be applied through, tips, exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being.
