Viewpoint is proud to be a part of the Hertfordshire Mental Health Learning Disability and Autism Health and Care Partnership (MHLDA).

Amplifying the voice of those who may not be able to speak up for themselves and influence change, the MHLDA Health and Care Partnership has joined forces with other health and social care partners, thus strengthening the partnership between the team here at Viewpoint and other organisations such as the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT), Mind in Mid Herts, Healthwatch Hertfordshire, Herts County Council and more. This partnership between organisations is designed to encourage the continued championing of innovative ways to approach health and care services throughout Hertfordshire, helping to raise awareness, make positive change and signpost people to the services that will benefit them the most.

Viewpoint is happy to be sharing their services and expertise to this valuable partnership in the future.

Have your say in the Herts and West Essex new Patient Engagement Forum

In an exciting initiative led by the NHS Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board’s recently established Patient Engagement Forum (PEF -created to ensure that the ICB hears the patient voice), they are launching a closed Facebook group to facilitate discussion, support, fact finding and create a two-way flow of information to ensure the patient really is at the heart of everything the local NHS does.
We want to hear your views on gambling

Do you feel you are affected by any gambling, either your own or anyone else’s? Has your gambling or the gambling of someone close to you had a negative impact on your life? We want to hear from individuals who are currently or have previously struggled with gambling, or anyone else’s gambling, to help shape the gambling support available in Hertfordshire for the future. Share your experiences to improve support in Hertfordshire.
Beginners Guide to Meditation

This 1 hour workshop gives an insight into meditation and what it can do for you. It covers the theory as well as providing a meditation technique with guidance for the practical application in your daily life. Meditation can release stress and cultivate a direct experience of peace.
Meditation for Healing Relationships

Learn how to create more open and calm interactions, greater understanding, compassion, respect and a deeper sense of connection. Relationships can be tricky to navigate, especially with those we are closest to. This course will help you uncover your triggers and learn how to handle situations when your buttons are pushed. We will also nurture the relationship we have with ourselves, because it is the foundation for changing our relationship with everyone else.
