This is the first time Herts County Council are developing a Physical Disability Strategy.  This Strategy will be a plan of action which, with your help, will include their goals for the next five years. 

The council want as many people as possible to be involved in informing what is in the plans and making them a reality. They are committed to listening, learning and acting on what people tell them. As well as a range of ways of getting involved in informing this strategy, they’ll be taking into account other relevant information that people have provided to them. 

This survey will help them identify key themes for the strategy, so they can plan their priorities for the next five years.  They will use the information you provide anonymously.
