What is involved? Voluntary role. Actively promoting mental wellbeing in your organization. Support people who are experiencing mental health challenges by making physical activity/sport inclusive and encouraging conversations around mental health. Be a point of contact to help signpost support. Raise awareness / challenge stigma. Anyone can be a champion: no personal experience is needed.

The Viewpoint Get Together forums are an opportunity to learn more about mental health and drug and alcohol services in Hertfordshire, providing the opportunity to give your views and ideas about the services that mean the most to you. We will also be featuring a number of guest speakers.
