Helping people in Hertfordshire to be more physically active, using a ‘one stop shop’ approach for discovering the latest activities - Simply enter your location to find an activity near you.

Moving More allows you to filter for your needs – so if it’s activities to support your mental health that you’re after, please see the ‘accessibility’ tab, and select ‘Mental Health Needs’.

Whether you're looking for a home workout, everyday activities to keep you moving or something you can do with the family, there are plenty of ways to stay active at home.
