Employers, public bodies, and charities are increasingly taking note of the importance of good mental health in the workplace and wider community, and Mental Health First Aid plays a big part in this growing awareness. As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor working on behalf of Viewpoint, you will be working with our MHFA Team to deliver the full Adult MHFA course to our clients.

Please note that thanks to Public Health England funding, the training will be free of charge to the successful candidate. 

 

The successful candidate will be required to complete the full Adult MHFA course if they haven't previously done so, and then enrol with MHFA England's Instructor Programme. After successfully completing the Instructor Programme, they will join the MHFA Team at Viewpoint, and will be required to deliver at least two MHFA courses per year, fulfil any annual MHFA England CPD requirements, and to generally work to promote Viewpoint MHFA and to network with potential clients.
