With mental health acute wards in West Hertfordshire now based in Kingsley Green now relatively well established, we are interested in the views of people who have stayed there.

  • What did you think of the facilities at Kingfisher Court?
  • How does it compare to previous ward environments you have stayed in?
  • How did the staff make you feel?
  • Did you feel safe?
  • Do you feel you were in the ward for the right amount of time?
  • Were you sectioned or a voluntary patient?

  • How have you found the process of being assessed through to receiving services?

  • Were you able to commission the services you wanted?

  • Did you have any problems?

  • What benefits have you felt from having a personal budget?

Moving Forward to meaningful Involvement

On Monday 6th October 2014, Guideposts Trust and Viewpoint are running a workshop at the Recovery Conference in Stevenage. We have decided to create an online space where people can give their ideas and experiences about good service user involvement.

Please add your comments to this post whether you are a service user, carer or staff member so we can share our ideas.
