The BBC recently ran an article on Aimee, a 29 year old from Bridgend dealing with mental health challenges. It had been revealed that due to the pandemic she, like many others in the UK, had not been able to have a face-to-face appointment with her therapist in over 18 months. While we are still very much in the same bubble, sticking with online only meetings during much of 2020 and 2021, we'd like to remind our members and anybody who is yet to get in touch with us, that we are still here for you.
It's been a very difficult 18 months for many of us and while we're still not at the stage of running regular face-to-face groups, we're still there for you in many other ways; whether it's emailing us, booking into on of our virtual meetings via Zoom, or getting in touch via our social media channels, there is always somebody just a message away at Viewpoint.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're struggling.
