Dear Member,

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and partner organisations across public and voluntary organisations are working together with people with lived experience, carers and providers to find out about individuals experiences of low mood, sadness, or depression.

We are striving to be innovative and hope with your help we can offer help and care that is person centred and meaningful to you.

We want to know what works well for you and what things we need to improve. We are inviting you to complete an online line questionnaire and / or attend an on-line group.

What you tell us will help shape the support offered and your details will remain anonymous and confidential.

The feedback from the survey and online sessions will be made available to you once we have completed the process. We intend to provide you with the outcomes of your feedback and keep you informed on what we intend to do to address your concerns.
