Starting on February 8th, join us on our new 8-week course, designed to help you break the cycle of depression, identify triggers and warning signs, and develop your self-confidence through self-care.

Led by two of our wonderful facilitators, both with professional and lived experience of mental health challenges themselves, this course is aimed at providing practical help and support to those living with depression and related conditions.

During the course, we will be learning about what depression is, its symptoms and causes and the impact it can have on our day to day lives. We will discuss what triggers depression, identifying the warning signs we may experience and suggest self-care techniques to improve our mood. We will explore the 5 ways to well-being, look at ways to treat and manage depression and identify how you can help others who may be experiencing depression in their own lives.
