Use these sessions to:

· Share ideas about ways of achieving Recovery goals, drawing on personal experience and a range of coping, self-help and self-management techniques

· Sign-post to various resources, opportunities and activities within the community, promoting choice and informed decision making

· Advocate the 5 ways to wellbeing: Connect; Be active; Take Notice; Keep Learning and Give

· Promote independence and recovery

The drop-in surgery will offer you the opportunity to talk through your health issues, consider solutions and identify and overcome fears within a relationship of empathy and trust.
