Freedom With Fatigue Meditation Course

Learn how to manage the symptoms of fatigue and other associated health issues. The unpredictability of fatigue can be frustrating and difficult to navigate in daily life. This course will address the common issues and give participants the space to connect with others and process the feelings of helplessness and other emotions which arise. It will include many tips, exercises and techniques to support healing and re-framing our understanding and experience of fatigue.
