Meditation for Emotional Wellbeing

Learn how to master your emotions and re-balance your emotional state of wellbeing using a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques. From reducing the intensity of an emotional reaction to staying calm when others are aggressive, rude, unkind or unreasonable. You will discover how to speak your truth without losing your calm centre.

Emotions can overwhelm us and rule our life when we don’t address the root causes. This course will help uncover the reasons we are reactive and emotionally triggered. We will cultivate a more balanced emotional state and learn to process and re-frame our emotions.

The course will run for six weeks from 10 - 11am, Tuesday March 5th
