Five Ways to Wellbeing - The Healthy Hub, Lytton Way, Stevenage

Mental health should be everyone's business and this course gives practical ideas of how to connect with others; keep learning; take notice and give back. The course helps build on the things you already do and learn new skills. 

This course encourages you to plan ahead and take control of the ups and downs of daily living. 

The course runs in four parts:

26th April
3rd May
10th May
17th May

It will run from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
