Mind Survey Finds Men More Likely to Experience Work-Related Mental Health Problems

New research from last year’s Workplace Wellbeing Index staff surveys show that men are twice as likely to have mental health problems due to their job, compared to problems outside of work.

This suggests that although men are more likely to have mental health problems because of their job, women are more likely to open up and seek support from their line manager or employer.

We’re calling on organisations to sign up to our Workplace Wellbeing Index this year, to find out how your staff really feel about their mental health at work, and give organisations the opportunity to learn how to improve and how best to support their staff.

Sign up to our 2017/18 Workplace Wellbeing Index by 15 September 2017.
