HERTSMERE FORUM INVITATION
Date: 5 September 2016 Time: 12.00 – 1.30pm
St Michael & All Angels Church Hall
142 Brook Road
If you have a mental health problem and see a GP or use mental health services, and live in Hertsmere, then you are invited to a relaxed and friendly meeting to talk about your care.
Please join us to share your experiences and contribute to reach that vision of improvement. Service user views matter! Your views can then be passed on to those planning services, and can influence the type of care you receive in the future.
The meeting will be run by Christiana Ashare, from Viewpoint, a mental health and drug and alcohol service user charity which supports people to get involved in the monitoring and development of services.
Theme: WHAT MAKES GOOD CARE?
We invite all Service Users to join us for this discussion so we can feed it back to HPFT in their quest to provide “Great” future mental health services for Hertfordshire.
Come and learn and share!
