The Hertfordshire Transforming Care Partnership is working to improve local specialist care and treatment services for people with autism and/or a learning disability. We are looking for the best ways to involve people and families/friends who have lived experience of specialist services in this work. Can you help us?
If you have autism and/or a learning disability, and you have experience of specialist care and treatment and/or education services for mental health conditions for distressed (challenging) behaviour under Ministry of Justice restrictions (forensic) or if you are a parent-carer, family member, or close friend of someone who uses/has used these services, please come along to one of our workshops. At this stage, we want to find out how best we can work together. We can offer some suggestions and ideas, and we look forward to hearing yours.
