It's been devised, written and compiled by users and carers on the national MHAct Implementation Team; of which I'm a member; and is designed to provide users and carers in particular, with information about the main issues of the Act.

The document itself and factual content has been agreed and approved by the Dept of Health and the CSIP MHAct Team, but users and carers have had FULL editorial control.
