It’s less than two months until Time to Talk Day 2017 which takes place on Thursday 2 February. Time to Talk Day brings the nation together to get talking and break the silence around mental health problems. Since it first launched in 2014, it’s sparked millions of conversations in workplaces, schools, homes, sports clubs, in the media and online.
For 2017 we’re focusing on how positive conversations about mental health change lives, and urging people to start up a conversation, whatever the hour, on Time to Talk Day itself. People will be able to log their conversations on our website and we’ll track how the nation is talking round the clock.
Your help can make sure we reach more people – and that more conversations take place – than ever before. You can support Time to Talk Day in your workplace by using our materials, spreading the word, or hosting an event.
Everything you need to plan your day and start your conversation is now available:
- Download and print free posters, flyers and bunting
- Download your communications pack
- Take a look at our suggested workplace activities
- Spread the word - template press release to publicise your activity
If you have not signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge, this would be a great day to make that commitment to change the way you think and act about mental health in your workplace.
