Join us for a Lived Experience talk by author Tracy Barker

“It was such a pleasure to read this book. It is beautifully written, both the prose and the poetry. This is a first-person account, from someone diagnosed with personality disorder, which offers understanding and hope and which will speak to many people.” Dr Heather Castillo

Tracy will be coming to Hertfordshire to talk to service users (with any diagnosis), carers, staff and health care students about her struggle with being labelled, and how she manages her mental health, which includes writing poetry on:

30th November 1pm- 3pm in the Fairview Suite, REAR of the Ibis Hotel, Danestrete, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 1EJ.  (Disabled access is through the front main entrance.)

Tracy will be telling her lived experience journey and reading out some of her poetry. Afterwards, she will take questions from the audience. Her book is available to buy on the day.
