If you have a mental health problem and see a GP or use mental health services and live in South East Herts, you are invited to a meeting on 27th July to talk about local services and how to improve them.
The meeting will be run by Jacqui Deakin of Viewpoint, a mental health and drug and alcohol charity which empowers people to have a say about their services.
Our guest speaker is Alistair Kay, Service Manager from the Wellbeing Team for East and South East Herts, Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. He will be talking about the services available for people with mild to moderate mental illnesses. The types of services available include talking therapies and guided self help.
Your views about your services are important as they can influence the service providers to improve their quality.
Reasonable travel expenses will be paid and tea and coffee will be available.
