Viewpoint is working with the National Service User Network (NSUN) to develop guidance, aimed at improving people’s experience of mental health care and reducing the use of restrictive restraints.
We are looking for people who have a personal experience of restraint or imposed intervention within a mental health setting, to share their experiences and ideas on what else could have worked.
Who is running it?
The workshop will be run jointly by Viewpoint and NSUN at our offices in Welwyn Garden City on
Tuesday 3rd March from 10.30am to 2.30pm
Can you help us?
If you are able to be part of this workshop then please come and take part. This is an opportunity to influence national guidance.
Involvement payment offered
As recognition for your support, there will be an involvement payment of £30 plus reasonable travel for attending and contributing to the workshop. This will be paid by cheque or directly into your account.
