The weekly sessions will include learning and reflection around Anxiety and/or Depression, e.g.:   

  • symptoms and causes.
  • how it makes you feel.
  • how can Anxiety/Depression hold you back.
  • what can we do to mitigate anxiety and manage symptoms. 
  • 5 ways to Wellbeing
  • how can we help others experiencing Anxiety.
  • WRAP plans, asking members from the group to pick a topic to cover, signposting to additional support.

The group is led by skilled facilitators with their own lived experiences of Anxiety and Depression who have experienced Recovery, and we hope attending the group can support you wherever you may be in your Recovery journey.  The sessions will be a safe and welcoming space, for everyone to feel heard, supported and connected.  Please do join us.
