Where in Hertfordshire can you get your voice heard on mental health?

We're a charity that supports people who have a background in mental health as well as addiction challenges. By encouraging and inviting them to have their say, their feedback can go towards greatly improving mental health and addiction services.

Whether it's through courses, events or sharing their own experiences, whatever their story, we welcome them to become Viewpoint members so we can help support their mental health and addiction.

    This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. We will look at how we approach life, what makes us take on more stress and why we don’t release enough when we sleep at night. This understanding will then be applied through, tips, exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being. Read more
